Mad Libs

Did you enjoy Mad Libs as a child? I know I sure did, but then again, I'm a grammar addict. I love English studies and think grammar and diagramming sentences is fun! Ok, so maybe I'm a little over the top with grammar, but Mad Libs are a fun way to get some practice in parts of speech as well as get a good chuckle. It's a Mad Libs World: Mad Libs for Everyone is a FREE online page where you fill in the blanks for "noun" "adjective" "adverb", etc. submit, and get a funny story with your selections inserted in the blanks. A fun way to practice those parts of speech I'm sure most kids would enjoy! There are also all kinds of other Mad Lib activities on there as well..be sure to check them out!

  1. Yeah for sentence diagramming and Mad Libs!!!

    As a teacher, I think both of these are wonderful ways to teach grammar!

    I actually made a website that teaches grammar through sentence diagramming because I saw how beneficial it was.
